We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy that's as chill as our ice baths.

30-Day Return Policy

You've got a full 30 days from the day you receive your item to decide if it's the perfect fit for you. No rush, just take your time. To be eligible for a return, here's what you need to know:

Condition Matters: Your item should be in the same condition as when you received it. That means unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Keep it fresh!

Hang on to Proof: Make sure you have the proof of purchase/order number handy. It helps us help you faster.

Ice Bath Returns: If you're returning your Ice Bath, we can't accept tubs that have taken a dip or been put to the test/filled for hygiene reasons. The tub, along with all its parts, components, and accessories, needs to be present and accounted for to qualify for a refund.

Safe Returns = Happy Returns

We recommend using a delivery service that offers tracking to ensure your precious cargo reaches us safe and sound. We're not responsible for any lost or roughed-up returns due to your choice of courier.

Damages

Please give your order a once-over when it arrives. If you spot any defects, damage, or you got a surprise in the form of the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours, so we can rectify. We'll jump in to make things right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For our friends in the European Union, we've got you covered. You have 14 days to cancel or return your order, no questions asked. Just like elsewhere, your item should be in shape, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase? Yeah, you'll need that too.

Refunds

Once we get your return and give it a good look, we'll let you know if the refund is a go. If it's a green light, you can expect your money back on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, banks and credit card companies might need a bit of time to finish the refund process.
